Everything a small station runs on — forecourt, store, staff, and the numbers — without stitching together three vendors.

Pump control

Authorize by dollar, litre, or fill. Live status per pump, pre-pay and post-pay flows, top-ups, and an emergency stop that halts every dispenser instantly.

Semi-integrated payments

The POS drives PAX and Verifone terminals over the local network; the terminal handles the card. Sale, void, refund, tips, split tender, and end-of-day batch close.

Convenience store POS

Barcode scanning, categories and inventory, cigarette carton pricing, gift certificates, loyalty, and employee discounts — on the same till as fuel.

Tank gauging & alarms

Live tank levels straight from the ATG console, delivery detection, book-vs-measured variance, water and temperature readings, and alarm handling.

Fuel forecasting & ordering

A day-ahead load planner projects each tank from real sales history, tells you when to call the supplier, and tracks scheduled and landed trucks.

Price management

Set prices from the office and push them to the dispensers and the LED street sign in one step. Schedule one-off changes or standing daily rules — "3¢ off at 7 pm, back up at 5:45 am" — or price automatically from the daily rack price. Every change is audited.

PIN login with roles, shift open/close with cash reconciliation, per-attendant cash tracking, deposits, staff scheduling, and a full audit trail on every action.

Reporting

Daily and hourly sales, fuel volume, margins, and CSV export for bookkeeping — plus an optional remote reports app so owners and accountants can check in from anywhere.

Every pump command in IslandPoint runs through the PTS-2 — the industrial forecourt controller that natively speaks the major dispenser protocols (Wayne, Gilbarco, Tokheim, Bennett and more), tank probes, and price sign controllers. IslandPoint drives it over its JSON API, so hardware compatibility comes from a proven controller rather than one-off custom drivers — and widens with every protocol the PTS-2 adds.

Status fuel sales without the paperwork drag

IslandPoint Forecourt POS was built at an Indigenous-owned station on reserve. Tax-exempt fuel sales aren't an add-on — they're a first-class part of every sale flow.

01One tap at the point of sale

Mark any fuel or store sale tax-exempt, capture the 10-digit status card number, and the POS recalculates the total. The payment terminal charges the correct net amount and the receipt shows the exemption line.

02The rebate math is automatic

The Ontario fuel-tax exemption is applied per litre at sale time and tracked per transaction — no end-of-month spreadsheet reconstruction from till tapes.

03Exact-dollar status fills

A status customer asking for "$50 of gas" gets exactly that. Set a $ limit with the status flag on and the POS grosses up the litre limit so the pump stops where the net total — after the tax exemption — lands on the $50 requested. No mental math at the pump, no awkward change.

04FNGTR claims, compiled for you

Gasoline tax refund claims are generated automatically from the sales records the POS already keeps, with electronic submission to the Ontario Ministry of Finance handled through IslandPoint Systems.

Since opening in June 2026, the system has run the station's entire operation through its first tourist peak season: forecourt control, wireless full-serve payments at the pumps, store sales, tank gauging, shift management, and daily reporting — on local hardware, independent of the internet connection.

Beach Gas is the reference installation and permanent test bed: every release runs here first.

A separate read-only web app for owners, partners, and the accountant. The station pushes a live data snapshot, so the numbers are current without anyone touching the POS — and without the POS ever being reachable from the internet.
